About the Role
Join our Assembly Operations team as a Maintenance Shift Technician, where you'll play a key role in keeping our plant running safely and efficiently. You'll support production targets through preventative maintenance, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Maintain and troubleshoot plant equipment
Support health & safety, quality, and efficiency targets
Use CMMS and suggest process improvements
Assist in installation and upgrade projects
Follow safety procedures and support team initiatives
What We're Looking For
Time-served Mechanical/Electrical Apprenticeship
IOSH trained
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Experience with CMMS, Microsoft Office
Great communicator, flexible, and team-focused
