Bolt Technical are hiring a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join their on-site Facilities Maintenance team, supporting planned and re-active maintenance. You'll play a key role in ensuring the ongoing operation and safety of key infrastructure across the site
Job Title: FM Maintenance Site Engineer
Location: Stoke - ST4
Salary: £38,590 per annum + up to 4% annual bonus (£1,543) + Overtime at x1.3
Hours: 40 hours per week
Standby: 1 in 3 weeks on-call rota
Are you an electrically-biased engineer looking to work on a large static site in a stable, long-term role?
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance across electrical systems and building services.
* Fault finding, testing, and electrical isolation in accordance with H&S regulations.
* Ensure compliance with all statutory testing and building regulations.
* Work as part of an on-call rota (1 in every 3 weeks).
What They’re Looking For:
* Electrically qualified (ideally 16th or 17th Edition, 18th is desirable).
* Experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment would be beneficial but is not essential
* Strong experience with electrical systems in industrial, warehouse or distribution settings.
* Competent in electrical isolation procedures and fault diagnosis.
* Experience working to PPM schedules and service level agreements.
* A team player with a flexible, hands-on approach to other maintenance requirements for the customer

* Overtime at x1.3 for unsociable hours 18:00-06:00
