Are you a Maintenance Engineer who wants to work a days only role with a base salary of £40,000 for only three working days a week? If so, then please read on!

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Industry: Production
Location: Kettering
Shift: Days
Wk 1 and Wk 2: Mon-Wed (6.00am-6.00pm)
Wk 3 and Wk 4: Thur to Sat (6.00am-6.00pm)
Pay: £40,000 + call out paid at £40 per call out and at x1.5 overtime rates (call out on a rota basis and shared). Earnings of £45,000 and upwards achievable
Overview:
Working in a first-class, modern, purpose-built manufacturing facility; we now require a Maintenance Engineer to join the team. Both mechanical and electrical engineers considered
Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer role:
To maintain service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time.
Provide technical support on all projects, installations and breakdowns
PPM'sThe ideal candidate / Maintenance Engineer may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:
Time served apprentice trained or above
Previous experience working in a maintenance focused role within a manufacturing/production environment or similar
An electrical understanding changing like for like parts and basic fault finding. Most of the faults are predominantly mechanical, however electrical skills can utilised if you are electrically biased. Commutable from: Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Northampton and surrounding areas.
