Maintenance Engineer
Bradford
£44,000 per annum
4 on 4 off - Days Only (6am-6pm)

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? Join a leading FMCG manufacturer in Bradford and be part of a forward-thinking engineering team that keeps production moving and performance high.
What You'll Do:
Carry out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of manufacturing equipment
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime
Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment runs at optimum efficiency
Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Maintain high standards of health & safety and food hygiene compliance
What We're Looking For:
Proven engineering experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills - multi-skilled preferred
Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC)
Ability to work independently on a 4 on 4 off days shift pattern
Proactive mindset with a focus on reliability and efficiency
