Job Description
Alexander Steele are working in partnership with an established Bakery Products manufacturer which are looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer. The ideal candidate has worked in an manufacturing environment in a Maintenance role.
Roles & Responsibilities
*
Perform planned preventative maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns to minimise production downtime.
*
Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical/electrical repairs to ensure machinery runs reliably and efficiently.
*
Comply with food safety, health & safety, and regulatory requirements (BRC, HACCP, PUWER).
*
Support continuous improvement projects by identifying and implementing engineering solutions.
*
Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate effectively with production and technical teams.
On Offer
* Annual Salary of £46,000
* Monday to Friday - 10am - 7pm
* 3/5 pension
