Maintenance Engineer – Days Only
Location: Worksop
Salary: £50,100 + Profit-Related Pay
Shift: Panama 6am–6pm, off every other weekend

I’m looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team at a busy factory. As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all electrical and mechanical machinery runs smoothly and efficiently, minimising downtime and maximising productivity.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team of maintenance engineers who work closely together on a day-to-day basis.

The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly. Your focus will be on fault finding and repairing electrical & mechanical issues across high-speed production lines.
Electrical: sensors, relays, safety circuits, 3-phase motors, inverters, switches & panels
PLC: checking inputs/outputs, ladder logic, uploading & downloading programs
Mechanical: bearings, motors, belts, blades, and like-for-like replacements
Work will mainly be reactive maintenance – no two days are the same
You Will Have
A recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, BTEC, ONC, C&G)
Experience as a Maintenance Engineer
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
