Maintenance Engineer
Birmingham
£17 - £25 per hour - 1 weeks work
Facilities Maintenance Engineer required for a weeks work in Birmingham to start on Monday 1st September. Must be available for work and live within reasonable commuting distance of Birmingham.
Main duties:
Basic electrical work such as lamping, emergency light testing and compliance checks.
Basic plumbing work such as leaks, taps, toilets, water temperature.
Basic fabric work as and when required such as painting, lock changing.
