Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £33,000
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Contract: Permanent, Full time, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
What you’ll be doing as a Maintenance Engineer:
* Conduct minor maintenance tasks within the buildings e.g, door handles, shelves, painting, tiling, carpeting, leaks, putting up blinds etc
* Carry out routine compliance tasks, including emergency lighting tests
* Maintain safe conditions and safe working practices within the building
* Support the on-site management team with other day-to-day operations
* Liaise with contractors and engineers working on-site.

* Previous experience in a facilities or maintenance role is essential
* Organised, self-motivated, and adaptable to a variety of tasks
* Friendly, professional and people oriented
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
