Maintenance Engineer Mechanically Biased - Packaging Manufacturing
Banbury
4 week shift rotating, Monday to Friday early (6-2), days (8-4) and afternoons (2-10). Sunday to Thursday nights (10-6)
£51,000 raising to £58,000 after passing probation period
A leading Packaging manufacturing company seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our day shift team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-performance environment where your expertise will directly support efficient production and equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities to be a successful Maintenance engineer:
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
Minimise downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and issues resolved.
