A great opportunity for a Maintenance Fitter to join a busy manufacturing site based near Wolverhampton. My client is a well-known and established company based in the heart of the midlands.
My client is looking for a Maintenance Fitter to join their day shift. The right person will be responsible for off-line repair of machine equipment alongside other plant maintenance activities.
Maintenance Fitter Role Benefits:
* Salary £35,000
* 25 days holiday + BH
* Employer Contribution Pension Scheme.

Maintenance Fitter Duties include:
* Day shift 8:00 – 16:00
* To maintain/repair machine equipment.
* Carrying out general machine maintenance
* Make sure vital parts are maintained to a high working standard.
* Implement safe working practices.
* Monitor stock and order spares.
As a Maintenance Fitter Requirements include:
* Recognised Engineering Qualification
* Mig welding.
* Hydraulics and Pneumatics experience.
* Turning and Milling experience.
* Fabrication knowledge.
* Be able to use own initiative, make effective decisions and judgments when required.
* Be able to work unsupervised.
