Maintenance Manager

Clacton-on-Sea
£40,000 + Subsidised On-Site Accommodation

We're recruiting for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead a team of 15 at a flagship site in Clacton-on-Sea.

This is a varied role where you'll oversee the maintenance of the site's facilities, accommodation and grounds, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  * Lead and manage a team of 15 maintenance staff

  * Oversee planned and reactive maintenance

  * Manage maintenance schedules, contractors and budgets

  * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

  * Maintain high standards across the site

Requirements

  * Previous experience in a Maintenance Manager or Supervisor role

  * Strong leadership and organisational skills

  * Good all-round maintenance knowledge

  * Health & safety awareness

  * Hands-on approach

Working Hours

  * March – October: 45 hours per week over 5.5 days

  * November – February: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

  * Standard hours are 8:00am – 6:00pm (1-hour lunch)
