The Role
 
 As the Maintenance Manager, you’ll: 
  
Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive maintenance issues. 
Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and compliance. 
Manage external contractors and coordinate maintenance projects. 
Monitor maintenance spend and ensure effective cost control. 
Lead the maintenance team, fostering collaboration and a proactive culture.  You
 
 To be successful in the role of Maintenance Manager, you’ll bring: 
  
Previous experience in maintenance within a hotel or similar environment. 
Strong practical knowledge across electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. 
Compliance knowledge, including water hygiene and fire safety. 
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams.
