4Site Recruitments are seeking an Maintenance Manager to join our client a leading high-end residential main contractor. This is a key client-facing role focused on aftercare and post-completion works across multiple central London properties.
The ideal candidate will be confident managing snagging, minor works, and coordinating trades – all while maintaining excellent communication with clients and ensuring a high standard of finish.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing ongoing snagging and maintenance items
Liaising directly with clients to resolve issues promptly
Overseeing small works and subcontractor activity
Reporting updates to internal teams and ensuring smooth coordination
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in aftercare or maintenance within high-end residential construction
Strong communication and people skills
A professional, hands-on approach with good attention to detail
UK driving licence - company van provided
