Job Title: Maintenance Manager – Food Manufacturing

Are you a seasoned Maintenance Manager with a passion for engineering excellence and team leadership? We’re recruiting for a forward-thinking food manufacturing site in Westwick, seeking a dynamic individual to lead all engineering functions and drive continuous improvement across the board.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a skilled team, ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency in both reactive and planned maintenance. Your strategic mindset will help shape systems, processes, and people development to meet operational goals. You will play a key role in daily operations and project teams, ensuring engineering delivers against operational needs while maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will hold recognised engineering qualifications and have proven experience managing engineering maintenance teams. Strong organisational and planning skills are essential. Experience within the FMCG industry is desirable, along with knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, an understanding of statutory engineering requirements, and IOSH or equivalent safety certification.
We’re looking for someone who is an excellent communicator and team player, with high attention to detail and accuracy. You’ll be proactive, pragmatic, and approachable, with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous development.
