Maintenance Manager - Renewable Systems

Covering South West

Up to £45,000 + Van + Bonus + Optional Overtime + Great Benefits

Are you a qualified electrician with experience working on renewable systems, eager to break into management?

Do you want to join an expanding business with an exciting pipeline of projects, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping future success?

This forward-thinking company are passionate about the drive to net zero, specialising in the design, installation and maintenance of renewable systems across the UK.

In this role, the successful candidate will take ownership of maintenance activities for renewable projects. You will lead the team, organise workforce, carry out preventative and reactive works, and arrange external contractors when support is required.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background working with renewable energy systems on a domestic or commercial scale, and relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, 18th edition). Holding 2391 Test and Inspect is ideal but not essential, the company can support with this.

The Role:

Hands-on Maintenance Manager for renewable energy systems
Planned preventative and reactive works
Organise team and external contractors
Covering South West region predominantly, occasionally further afield 

The Person:

Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3, 18th edition)
C&G 2391 Test and Inspect is desirable, but not essential
Experience working on domestic or commercial renewable energy systems
