Job Vacancy: Maintenance Multi-Trader – Pharmaceutical Site
Location: Ruislip and Perivale
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: Monday, 11th August until 01.09.25
Contract Type: Temporary
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Multi-Trader to join a reputable pharmaceutical company. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual with general maintenance experience across multiple trades.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for carrying out a range of reactive and planned maintenance tasks in a clean, regulated environment. All tools and equipment will be provided on-site – no need to bring your own.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch repairs
Assist with building services support (e.g. doors, ceilings, flooring, fixtures)
Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety and pharmaceutical site standards
Report and document completed works clearly and promptly
Work closely with site teams to ensure minimal disruption to operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a multi-trade or general maintenance role
Strong awareness of health & safety practices
Ability to work efficiently and independently
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
