Join our team as a Maintenance Officer and take pride in preserving a stunning Grade-listed property in the heart of Euston. You’ll oversee everything from fabric repairs to fire door maintenance—keeping this historic site safe, functional, and full of character.
What you’ll do:
Carry out Planned Preventative and reactive maintenance, focused on fabric works.
Handle minor plumbing tasks (bonus if you’ve got the skills!).
Oversee void property turnarounds to ensure smooth tenant transitions.
Manage Legionella control and support Asbestos safety (training provided).
Work alongside specialist contractors for electrical, gas, and HVAC.What we’re looking for:
Hands-on experience with fire door remediation.
A proactive problem-solver who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
