Job Description
Are you an experienced Maintenance Officer looking for your next opportunity in the beautiful Highlands of Scotland? We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join a well-established Housing Association on a temporary basis — with the strong possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate.
About the Role
As Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day repairs and maintenance across a range of properties. You will work closely with contractors and tenants to ensure our homes remain safe, well-maintained, and meet high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct property inspections and diagnose repairs

Liaise with contractors and monitor quality of works
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
*
Respond promptly to tenant queries regarding repairs
*
Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
*
Previous experience working in a similar role within a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) or housing association setting
*
Strong understanding of property maintenance and repair processes
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Access to your own vehicle, with business use insurance
*
A proactive, solution-focused attitude
