Job Description
Maintenance Operative to work on a commercial site in Sedgefield.
General maintenance / handyman duties
Salary - 30k
You will be expected to travel between sites on occasion and you may need to cover both but if the role is for Sedgefield that is their main base.
You'll have a pool vehicle for use on site.
Monday - Friday 8-5pm
Call out required- 1 in 4 to 1 in 6.
£150 standby, standard overtime rates (4 hours at time and half on Saturday, 4 hours at double time on Sunday/Bank Holiday). Works out to roughly £5,000 per year
