Full-Time 8am – 5pm

Our well-established client based between Grantham and Newark is looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Operative to join their company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of the factory. The maintenance Operative is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a broad range of maintenance skills.
Duties include:
* Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks
* Fixing leaks, unclogging drains, replacing light fixtures and testing sockets
* Repairing doors, locks, flooring, painting, and decorating
* Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations
* Liaise with external contractors and suppliers when required
To be considered for the Maintenance Operative role you need basic maintenance experience and practical skills with the ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
This is a physical role that will involve climbing ladders, and use of tools and equipment.
Full clean UK driving license essential
