Job Description

Static Maintenance Operative – Portsmouth
 Start Date: 5th January | Contract: Ongoing 

 We are recruiting a Static Maintenance Operative for a commercial site in Portsmouth. This role suits someone with a plumbing or fabric maintenance background who is confident carrying out PPMs and general maintenance on a single, static site.

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with no call out. 
 
Key Duties:

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)
Reactive maintenance across the commercial site
Basic plumbing repairs
General fabric work (carpentry, patch repairs, painting, door maintenance, etc.)
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standardRequirements:

Experience in plumbing or building fabric maintenance
Previous experience working on commercial sites preferred
Confident with PPMs and day-to-day maintenance tasks
Able to work independently
Available to start 5th JanuaryWhat You’ll Get:

Weekly pay
Pay rate dependent on pay type/ experience PAYE or Umbrella 
Free on-site parking
