Job Title: Maintenance Operative
Location: Warrington (WA3)
Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-Time)
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team working for a new build housing developer based in Warrington (WA3). This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing business, ensuring newly completed homes meet the highest standards before and after handover.
Key Responsibilities:
  * Carry out general maintenance and repairs across new build properties
  * Complete snagging works prior to customer handover
  * Attend customer homes to resolve post-completion defects
  * Work across a range of trades, including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch plastering
  * Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
  * Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  * Liaise professionally with site teams, contractors, and homeowners
Requirements:
  * Previous experience in a maintenance or multi-trade role (ideally within new build housing)
  * Good all-round trade skills
  * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  * Full UK driving licence
  * Good communication and customer service skills
  * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
