Our client in Exeter are looking for Maintenance Operators on a temporary to permanent basis for the right person.
Shifts:
Shifts begin between 05.00 and 07.00, finish between 13.00 and 18.00 covering 5 out of 7 days, dependent on the role.
Pay:
£12.26 per hour
The main purpose of the roles are to undertake cleansing services around specific areas of Exeter.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
To work as part of a team or individually.
Removing litter and emptying litter bins.
Trimming or removing weed growth and cleaning public toilets or car parks, as necessary.
Undertaking basic condition inspections of facilities and reporting any obvious maintenance issues.
Grass or hedge cutting, maintenance tasks, mechanical sweeping.
To work flexibly across shift patterns when required to meet the demands of the service.
New staff will be trained across all sections, including car park cleaning, toilet cleaning, solo sweeping, van routes and deep cleaning so shift start times will vary. A FULL, CLEAN, MANUAL UK DRIVING LICENCE IS REQUIRED.
