Maintenance Operative (With DBS)
Location: Mile End, E3 & E4
Duration: Temporary – Until Work is Completed (Approx. 1 Week)
Pay: £15–£18 per hour
Description:
We are looking for a dependable and experienced Maintenance Operative with a valid DBS check to carry out a variety of maintenance tasks across two residential sites in the Mile End area (E3 & E4). This temporary role is expected to last around one week, with an immediate start.
Tasks Will Include:

General gardening: hedge trimming and lawn mowing
*
Fitting an electrical cooker hob
*
Replacing a toilet seat
*
Hanging 8 pictures
*
Replacing 13 light bulbs
Requirements:

Valid DBS check (mandatory)
*
Proven experience in general maintenance and basic repairs
*
Your own tools will be required
*
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
*
Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
