Maintenance Operative – 2-Year Fixed Term Contract – £40,000
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Maintenance Operative to join our facilities team on a 2-year fixed term contract. This is a hands-on role covering a range of maintenance tasks across plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building upkeep.
Location: Victoria
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Contract: 2 years (Fixed Term)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out day-to-day maintenance across plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
*
Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.
*
Undertake planned preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
*
Ensure all works are carried out safely and to a high standard.
*
Liaise with contractors and suppliers when required.
Requirements:

Proven experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
*
Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
*
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
