Maintenance Operative (Foot Mobile) – London | Up to £38,000
We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Operative to join our foot mobile team, covering commercial buildings across Central London.
Location: Central London (Foot Mobile)
Salary: Up to £38,000 per year
Full-Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
*
Carrying out basic electrical, plumbing, fabric and HVAC checks
*
Responding to reactive maintenance requests across multiple nearby sites
*
Supporting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules
*
Conducting site inspections and reporting issues
*
Liaising with site managers and tenants to ensure high service levels
What We're Looking For:
*
Experience in building maintenance or a multi-skilled operative role
*
Good knowledge of general trades (fabric, plumbing, basic electrics)
*
Positive attitude and ability to work independently
*
Willingness to travel on foot between sites (all within close proximity)
*
Valid Right to Work in the UK
