Exciting opportunity available for a Maintenance Operative role, offering a salary range of £27,000 to £30,000, depending on experience. This position involves general maintenance and handy person duties.
Key details about the role:
Location: The primary base will be Sedgefield, but candidates must be prepared to travel between sites occasionally.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (standard hours).
Call-out Rota: Required on a 1 in 4 to 1 in 6 basis.
Standby allowance: £150
Overtime:
Saturday: 4 hours at time and a half
Sunday/Bank Holiday: 4 hours at double time
This typically equates to around £5,000 per year in additional earnings.
