Salary: 35k-45k annual base
RGsetsquare recruitment is working with FM Companies who are responsible for managing a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance contracts across UK.
Responsibilities
We're seeking a proactive, skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team. You'll be responsible for
repairs, and preventative maintenance of our company's buildings at various locations in the UK.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Carrying out general building maintenance- this will include repairs to electrical, plumbing and cladding as needed
Be able to operate suitable plant e.g. cherry picker and/or scissor lift safely (IPAF licence mandatory)
Dealing with external contractors where necessary
Following safe systems of work in line with CDM Regulaons
Maintaining accurate maintenance logs and records
This is starting as soon as possible and is not freelance. It is not self employed. It is a permanent and secure role available for the right person as soon as possible.
