Maintenance Operative
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative to carry out a range of repairs and maintenance tasks. This is a field-based role covering Peterborough.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out reactive, proactive, and planned maintenance tasks.
* Work across a variety of trades including plumbing, carpentry, painting & decorating, and general repairs.
* Ensure all work meets health & safety standards.
* Manage and purchase materials as required.
* Participate in an on-call rota to provide out-of-hours emergency cover.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day between 08:00 and 18:00.
* On-call and out-of-hours work required on a rota basis.
