Maintenance Operative (Temporary)
Location: Central Southampton | Free Parking
We are seeking a Maintenance Operative / Facilities Assistant / Handyman to join our team on a temporary contract in central Southampton. This is a hands-on role carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
General building and site maintenance
Minor plumbing repairs
Painting and decorating
Basic carpentry and general DIY tasks
Supporting the wider facilities team as requiredCandidate Requirements:
Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or handyman work
Practical skills across plumbing, carpentry, decorating, or general repairs
A proactive, reliable, and safety-conscious approachWhat’s on Offer:

Monday to Friday 8:30am- 5:30pm
Central Southampton location with free parking
