About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and practical part-time Maintenance Person to support our holiday let properties across Worcestershire. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking for flexible hours. You don’t need to be a DIY expert – most tasks are straightforward and routine, and specialist contractors are used for more complex jobs.

Key Responsibilities

  * Carrying out basic maintenance and minor repairs (e.g. tightening fittings, changing light bulbs, simple fixes)

  * General upkeep of properties to ensure they are safe, tidy, and guest-ready

  * Identifying and reporting any larger maintenance issues

  * Carrying out simple checks between guest stays

  * Occasional outdoor tasks such as light gardening or clearing pathways

  * Being responsive to ad-hoc maintenance needs as they arise

About You

  * Practical, dependable, and happy to turn your hand to a variety of small jobs

  * No formal qualifications or advanced DIY skills required

  * Able to work independently and manage your time effectively

  * Good attention to detail and pride in keeping properties well presented

  * Full driving licence and access to your own transport preferred (properties may be in rural locations)
