Maintenance Technician/Handyman
Are you a handy person with a knack for repairs and maintenance? Our client is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician/Handyman to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential for a permanent position!
Position Details:
Contract Type: Temporary
Working Pattern: Full Time
Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities:
Conduct general maintenance tasks, including:
Painting and touch-ups
Changing light fixtures and batteries
Replacing taps and shower heads
Address odd jobs in communal areas and occupied rooms
Work independently with minimal supervision What We're Looking For:
