Requirements:
- Carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and basic decorating
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents
- Ensuring equipment, fixtures, and fittings are in good working order
- Supporting with fire safety checks, health & safety compliance, and record keeping
- Liaising with external contractors when needed
