Maintenance Plumber
Wolverhampton
£30,000 - £33,000 + 40 days holiday + Generous pension + 37 hours Monday to Friday + minimal on call with Time and a half + Sick pay.
Are you a plumber with a level 3 qualification and experience working in an industrial setting?

This leading further education provider is well known and offers a fantastic level of education to its students. Alongside that, they have a brilliant campus that is well maintained. They have a small estates team of skilled individuals who work together to ensure the campus is well cared for and a real source of pride for the provider.
In this position you will be assisting and working with the team to maintain the building's plumbing and heating systems. It's a Monday to Friday role with no expected overtime. There is an on-call requirement once every 6 weeks, but it is minimal.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Plumber with a background in NHS, education, or other industrial services. A level 3 qualification or equivalent is required, along with relevant industrial experience.
