Maintenance Plumber – Southampton

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our friendly team and provide reliable support to our valued clients.
Maintenance Plumber - Responsibilities:

Carry out routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
*
Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and resolve issues effectively.
*
Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures.
*
Diagnose faults and provide practical solutions.
*
Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.
*
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Maintenance Plumber - What you’ll need:
*
Proven experience with boiler breakdowns
*
DBS check (current)
*
Ideally some experience working on small commercial sites
*
Experience fitting baths & tiling (desirable)
*
CSCS card (preferred)
*
Full UK Driving Licence
*
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing
*
Gas Safe registration - Essential
