Maintenance Sales Account Manager – Near Newark / Southwell – £27,000 rising to £28,000 + £3,750 OTE
 
Are you a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Maintenance Sales Account Manager to join a growing team and play a key role in retaining long-standing clients, securing recurring maintenance contracts, and developing new business opportunities. If you enjoy managing customer portfolios, driving revenue, and providing expert solutions, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking and innovative organisation.

Salary starting at £27,000, rising to £28,000 after probation
OTE bonus of £3,750 per annum

Responsibilities:

Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry and proposal through to contract signing and ongoing account management
Building and maintaining strong relationships with a broad client portfolio, acting as the main point of contact
Driving customer retention by ensuring smooth delivery of services and securing annual contract renewals
Identifying and converting new sales opportunities, including upsells and cross-sells, to achieve sales KPIs
Gaining strong technical understanding of products, services, and the wider water reuse industry to offer accurate solutions
Understanding challenges faced by clients and providing tailored recommendations to support their needs
Maintaining CRM records and managing your pipeline effectively
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery 
What We Are Looking For:

Proven sales success and confidence in negotiation
Experience using a CRM system
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner
A team player who is self-motivated, organised, and solutions-focused
Ability to think on your feet, work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks
A positive, enthusiastic approach with strong customer service ability
