This Birmingham site is a brand-new, fully automated facility representing a multi-million-pound investment in cutting-edge technology. As it approaches go-live, the business is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to play a key role in shaping and leading site operations.

The Role
As Maintenance Supervisor you’ll be responsible for:
Leading a team of two Multi-Skilled Engineers, with scope for the team to expand as the site becomes fully operational.
Conducting one-to-ones and appraisals, mentoring and developing your team’s skills.
Driving site KPIs to maximise efficiency and equipment uptime.
Overseeing shift handovers, tracking breakdowns, and allocating planned maintenance tasks.
Working hands-on alongside your team while providing technical guidance and leadership.
Supporting the Engineering Manager with recruitment and other departmental activities.
The Candidate
We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who:
Holds a recognised engineering qualification.
Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Can quickly adapt, learn, and make an immediate impact.
Demonstrates strong communication and leadership abilities.
