Job Description
TXM Recruit are currently working with a property management company who provide a dedicated VIP service to worldwide clientele, and we are looking for a to work at one of their largest sites in Surrey.
This role is plumbing and heating bias so a background in this industry is required
* Salary - £55,000/yr.
* Location – Longcross, Surrey
* Hours – 40 hours per week (8am to 4pm) Flexibility when busy in peak summer months
* Overtime – £2,000 extras with overtime – only expected when client is over.
* Extras – 1 in 4 call out rota for emergency support
We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis:
Key responsibilities:
* Overseeing both in house staff and external contractors
* Oversee supplier management, including raising, logging, and approving purchase orders and invoices; manage day-to-day contracts.
* Provide day to day contact support to questions and problems
* Planning work and ensuring this is completed on time
* Checking jobs have been done to appropriate certifications
* Checking inventory and requesting approval to order new parts if required
* You will also be tasked with supporting with the installation of plumbing and heating systems with the mechanical and hvac teams.

Requirements
* Level 3 in Plumbing studies
* G3 Unvented
* Commercial Gas Tickets (Not required but desired if you have them)
* Full UK driving license
