Maintenance Supervisor – Offshore 28/28 rotation - Permanent Our client, a specialist provider of stimulation services to the O&G industry is currently seeking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor on a permanent contract. This role will be vessel-based and operate on 28/28 rotation. Role responsibilities:   To provide leadership and supervision to assigned vessel crew in the maintenance of equipment. Responsible for maintaining, repairing, service, tuning, disassembly and assembly of high-pressure units and stimulation equipment and ensuring that maintenance records are maintained. Also required to ensure that all preventative maintenance routines are carried out and that the maintenance computer is updated as necessary, reporting all faults to Vessel Stimulation Supervisor Overall responsibility for maintenance of all Well Stimulation equipment including but not limited to high pressure pumps, diesel engines, generators, centrifugal pumps, blenders, hydraulics, and pneumatics, ensuring the equipment is working at its full potential and kept clean and painted. Monitor equipment during treatments and maintain pumps etc. after treatments. Maximise availability of well stimulation plant and equipment to ensure safety and security of production. Operation of other types of equipment onboard as designated by Vessel Stimulation Supervisor. Respond to emergencies as directed by the Vessel Stimulation Supervisor. Prevent the potential escalation of any stimulation operational critical condition and deal effectively with accidents and incidents. Work closely with Mechanics and Electronic / Senior Electronic Technicians for the continued maintenance and repair of equipment. Produce records for maintenance and repairs carried out and update TM Master Maintenance system and complete job cards. Any other Ad Hoc duties as assigned by the Vessel Stimulation Supervisor. Experience:   Extensive experience in maintaining diesel, hydraulic and pneumatic units. Experience with TM Master or equivalent Maintenance System. Experience in supervision of a Maintenance Workshop. Fully Conversant with managing maintenance schedules. Strong background in Marine Based equipment maintenance would be beneficial.
