Role & Responsibilities:

To manage a team of Multiskilled Engineers on a shift rotation - ensuring they maintain continuous production and improve efficiencies safely through effectively implementing preventative maintenance schedules and responding in a timely manner to breakdown repairs. Ensure continuous improvement methodologies are applied that improves the operational function.

Lead and support a team of engineers in delivering both planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support across a range of production equipment.
Drive equipment reliability and performance by identifying opportunities to improve processes and maintenance practices.
Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in line with company health & safety procedures and industry best practices.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation using relevant systems.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects, helping to enhance operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve overall site performance. 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a Maintenance Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Engineer position within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills across both mechanical and electrical systems.
Relevant engineering qualifications, such as an HNC/HND, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship, or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop an engineering team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and equipment reliability.
Strong understanding of health & safety requirements and engineering best practices.
