Maintenance Supervisor – Night Shift
Based in Hartlebury Trading Estate
Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Salary £47,000
Full-time | Permanent
Are you an experienced Maintenance Supervisor ready to lead a skilled team on the night shift? We’re looking for a confident and hands-on professional to oversee all maintenance and repair operations on-site, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians on the night shift
Manage shift cover, holidays, and team welfare in line with company processes
Respond quickly to mechanical, electrical, or facilities breakdowns
Oversee the execution of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Work collaboratively with production and shift management to ensure smooth handovers
Maintain accurate maintenance records and CMMS logs (MaintX)
Monitor inventory use and support parts replenishment processes
Champion health & safety compliance and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of maintenance experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Proven leadership and communication capabilities
Solid understanding of industrial machinery and systems
Ability to work night shifts and respond to out-of-hours emergencies
Relevant technical qualification (desirable but not essential)
