Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £43,000 - £50,000 DOE per annum
Shifts: Monday – Friday Days
Maintenance Supervisor Duties:
Managing a team of Maintenance Engineers – Being hands on with maintaining the heavy industrial plant machinery.
Hands on maintenance of food processing machinery
Working alongside the Engineering Manager
Managing workflow and capacity of the team resource.
Continuous improvement projects
Fault finding & diagnostics
Reactive & PPM maintenance
Maintenance Supervisor Experience:
Maintenance on machinery used within food manufacturing industry
Work well within a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing and production environment.
Leadership within a fast-paced environment
Motivating & team building
Mechanical or electrical qualifications
Great communication skills
Heavy industrial Plant machinery maintenance
Waste management experience would be ideal
Heavy industrial or fast-paced manufacturing experience.
