We’re looking for a driven Maintenance Team Leader to join a fast-paced food manufacturing business, leading a team of engineers while staying actively involved on the tools to set the standard for high-quality maintenance work.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead and motivate a team of multi-skilled engineers across rotating shifts.

Balance team management with hands-on maintenance work to lead by example.

Plan and coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.

Support and develop engineers through training, mentoring, and coaching.
*
Promote a strong safety culture and high standards of work at all times.
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in maintenance within manufacturing (food industry desirable).

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
