Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of electrical and mechanical engineers at a static site in Southampton. This is an exciting opportunity to manage facilities maintenance for a key client, ensuring smooth and efficient site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electrical and mechanical engineers.
Oversee all day-to-day maintenance activities across the site.
Plan and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and senior management.
Monitor and report on maintenance performance, recommending improvements where needed.Requirements:
Proven experience supervising a team of engineers in facilities
