Salary: £53,000 - £55,000
Shifts: 2days, 2nights, 4 off - 12 hours shifts

Responsibilities include:
Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure continuous production and equipment reliability.
Support and mentor maintenance technicians, fostering a proactive maintenance culture.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of food production machinery, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
Conduct root cause analysis to resolve complex equipment issues swiftly and effectively.
Plan and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring smooth integration.
Ensure all activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize operational efficiency and equipment performance.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in engineering maintenance within a food manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring maintenance teams.
NVQ Level 3 / ONC / HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Solid understanding of root cause analysis and fault-finding on production equipment.
Apprentice trained or equivalent with demonstrable hands-on experience.The Benefits:
