Job Description

Maintenance Surveyor County Durham Ongoing temporary contract Rate negotiable Are you a proactive and technically skilled surveyor looking to make a real impact in social housing? Sellick Partnership are looking for a maintenance Surveyor to help ensure customers' homes are safe, comfortable, and up to standard. Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Surveyor: Survey and inspect properties to identify issues and oversee repairs and improvements. Diagnose complex building issues including damp, mould, disrepair, and subsidence. Carry out pre- and post-inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety and CDM regulations. Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to deliver works on time and within budget. Maintain accurate records and scopes of work using digital tools and systems.The successful Maintenance Surveyor will have: HNC/HND or equivalent in a surveying or building-related field. Solid knowledge of damp and mould causes. Experience in contract delivery and using schedules of rates.
