Location: Easily commutable from Coventry, Rugby, Hinckley, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Bedworth & Dunchurch
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Paid Overtime (Premium Rates) + Excellent Benefits

Are you a timeserved Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician looking for a secure, long-term role in a clean, modern, and highly automated production environment?
We are expanding our low turnover, stable maintenance team and are actively seeking a reliable, experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to help support our state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll carry out both reactive and planned maintenance on advanced machinery across the site. This includes supporting electrical and mechanical systems in a high volume, automated production environment.
You will:
* Troubleshoot breakdowns and resolve faults efficiently
* Perform routine preventive maintenance
* Contribute to continuous improvement and equipment reliability
* Work on Plc controlled systems (diagnostics experience essential)
* What You’ll Need:
* Apprentice trained with City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* Strong electrical & mechanical fault finding experience
* Proven background in manufacturing, engineering, FMCG or production environments
* Familiarity with Plc control systems and automated machinery
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude and good communication skills
