My client is on the lookout for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Operative to join the team at a beautifully designed PBSA scheme in London.

As a Maintenance Operative, you’ll take pride in keeping the building safe, operational, and welcoming, taking ownership of both reactive and planned maintenance tasks. Your Responsibilities:
* Manage daily reactive and scheduled maintenance tasks.
* Quickly resolve common resident issues, including plumbing, basic repairs, and general maintenance.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort across rooms and shared spaces.
* Conduct regular inspections of plant rooms, communal areas, and service points.
* Support and coordinate with on-site contractors, ensuring compliance with H&S protocols.
Your Requirements:
* Experience in PBSA, BTR, co-living, or hospitality sectors.
* Competency in plumbing, carpentry, or other core maintenance skills.
* Confident working with contractors and external service providers.
* Strong focus on customer service and creating a positive resident experience.
* A team player with clear communication skills and a proactive attitude.
