Job Description
Maintenance Technician
Location: Aberdeen
Salary: up to 42k DOE
Hours:
Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm Friday 8:00 am – 2:30 pm
Overtime + morning + evenings + weekends – time and half
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and, where applicable, test a variety of industrial machinery and hydraulic/mechanical products in line with engineering drawings and specifications.
Conduct quality inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure products meet high standards before shipment.
Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment while working independently or as part of a team.
Operate hand and power tools with precision to complete tasks such as measuring, marking, cutting, grinding, drilling and tapping.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
Adhere to all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.
About You:
Mechanical background is essential, with a good understanding of hydraulic systems being advantageous.
Skilled in using hand/power tools and performing precise engineering tasks.
A proactive team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
Able to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Full driving licence required.
