East London
£19 per hour + Van & Fuel + Uniform & PPE
Are you a skilled, multi-trade Maintenance Technician looking for a role where you can take ownership, work independently, and make a real impact for others?
Would you like a stable, Monday to Friday position with full support and variety in your day-to-day work?
On offer is a temporary, full-time role with a competitive rate of pay, company van, and all tools, uniform, and PPE provided. This is ideal for someone who enjoys varied maintenance work and wants to join a supportive team.
In this role, you will carry out a wide range of responsive maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, and tiling. Jobs are assigned via a PDA device and a van is provided for business use, starting your day directly from home.
The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled across trades (with a strong background in plumbing, carpentry, plastering or similar), confident using a PDA/handheld device, and motivated by delivering excellent customer service to residents. A full UK manual driving licence is essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Technician to take on a hands-on and rewarding role.
The Role:
Carry out plumbing repairs including baths, sinks, toilets, pipework and tanks
Complete carpentry repairs (doors, frames, kitchens, skirtings, sash/casement windows)
Undertake plastering and patch repairs, plasterboard, rendering, and finishing
Wall and floor tiling
The Person:
Multi-skilled maintenance background (plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling etc.)
Experience in building or housing environments
Excellent customer service skills
Full UK manual driving licence
